Songs and Hymns of Zion
NOTE: This is the Blackberry-compatible version
Install the Songs and Hymns of Zion on your smartphone. The electronic hymnal contains the lyrics only
(no melodies) of the Laestadian Lutheran Church hymnal. The 604 Christian hymns are consistent with
the Conservative Laestadian tradition. Print copies of the hymnal are available from the church’s website:
www.llchurch.org.
Download and install the application to your phone. Verify that the application works correctly on your
phone. It can be used for 24 hours after it is installed; after that time, an activation code is required.

STEP 1 – DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL THE ELECTRONIC HYMNAL FILE
1. STRAIGHT TO DEVICE VIA THE DEVICE’S OWN INTERNET BROWSER
by downloading the file at this address: www.srk.fi/files/laulukirja/hymnal.jar
OR ALTERNATIVELY TO YOUR COMPUTER
from www.srk.fi/files/laulukirja/hymnal.jar (Blackberry) and
transfer it via cable or other sync method to your mobile device.
2. WHEN THE INSTALL FILE IS DOWNLOADED/INSTALLED TO YOUR PHONE
start the application and go to the registration page found in the Menu.
When ordering the registration code (STEP 2), you will need the device-specific code from the
registration page, so write it down accurately.

IMPORTANT! Before ordering the registration code, be sure that the Electronic Hymnal works normally
on your device. Determining the program’s compatibility on a device is each user’s responsibility.
Purchased registration codes will not be refunded even if the program does not work on your device. The
registration code is device-specific and cannot be transferred to another device.

STEP 2 – PURCHASE YOUR REGISTRATION CODE AS FOLLOWS
1. FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW
Please note that you can only order one registration code at a time.
2. CLICK “Step 2” TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Be especially careful in entering your phone-specific code, which you can find on the Electronic Hymnal
registration page. Entering your phone-specific code automatically generates the registration code you
are ordering. The device-specific code is comprised of two sets of three numbers and letters divided by a
dash. For example A2U-AG5.
3. CLICK “Checkout” TO SEND YOUR ORDER
4. FOLLOWING YOUR SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT, YOU WILL RECEIVE TWO (2) E-MAILS:
1. Confirmation of order and payment, in which you will find a summary of the order and receipt of
payment.
3. Registration code, which you enter on the Mobile Song Book registration page to activate your
songbook.
ATTENTION! When you change (devices) phones, you will again need to purchase the Electronic
Hymnal and go through all of the above steps.
